The address book is where you can store the names and phone numbers/network addresses of people with whom you meet with regularily.
The "Address Book New Entry" window allows you to add Participants names, network addresses and modem numbers.
The "Address Book/New Entry/Extend window" allows you to be even more specific with participant information. As well as the address information, you are also able to enter the participant's job title, company name, telephone number and any additional notes you would like to store.
The Edit Entry window is used to change information about a person that has already been added to your address book.
This window allows you to add or change speciffic information about a person you have already added to your participants list.
